Nominated by the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, this Mom served her country oversees and raised a family of seven kids with her husband. When a medical issue resulted in the loss of their home, persistence was the key to finding a home to rent for a family of nine. After 10 months in a hotel, they moved into a house. Furnish with Love volunteers answered the call to transform it into a home. Now they have a bright, happy space with beds for all, a dining table that seats the whole gang, and even a room set up for home schooling.
